Privacy notice

This notice covers this website and the request form on it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and your address. We collect nothing else about you.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means preparing your buyer map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. They are seen only by the people who answer your request and by the service providers that host this site and our correspondence on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit, and nothing on these pages follows you around the web afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Write to christine.greer@closersstudio.co or use the contact form, and we will act on it. Reply "stop" to anything we send and we will not contact you again.
